  Went in for a fountain drink, filled it up, took a couple sips, then topped it off and went up to pay for it and the manager told the cashier to charge me for two drinks? How petty and lame this particular store is. Will avoid it from now on.

  Day staff Ryanne should be running the show. Love SA rewards. This store is filthy and needs an overhaul of staff, beginning with Heather, the current manager, lazy rude and dishonest to an extreme. She will short change you so count your money before you leave. Ive witnessed the adult staff having sexual relations with minors in exchange for black n milds, Bob Marley lighters by the box, cigarettes, Swishers, pop and sadly even dinner. When I approached the staff member I was told (as she rolled her eyes and her head nearly fell off of her neck to "mind my business and dont get caught alone at nite". Yes, Super America has hit a low I never ever thought would happen at Super Americas. This is worse than the Super USA or other trashy corner stores. Im actually suprised they do not sell bongs, and other paraphernalia. Absonluely filthy. The kid that they had clean the restroom, used the same gloves to put the food on the grill. I know this to be true as it happened to be a fifteen year old in my own family. He has been replaced by the current child-victim. Go to a different store. There are a lot of Super Americas.

  Have always had wonderful service with robert , today i went in and the guy was very disrespectful and inclued me into a strangers conversation . The customer infront of me , was buying a tabacco product and asked me for my ID cause i suposable was in a strangers "party" . The guy working there i have never see there before , he had glasses . Deffently lost my service today .
