- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I thought going to a smaller bank would be beneficial, but it ended up being the complete opposite. The mobile banking app for Stearns Bank crashes frequently, other times it will say "Balance Unavailable." Customer service is a joke. If you leave the St. Cloud area you are sure to be assessed fee's for using your card at the ATM as they don't have mutual ATM machines nor a MoneyPass card like U.S. Bank. There is no mobile deposit, no ATM deposit. They could care less about the customers, every time I walk in I get the feeling every one there is just there for a paycheck. All in all I would avoid Stearns Bank when there are much better options out there!By Jaclyn Zabolotny, June 27, 2017
